Encouragement..."Danielle was quite a help. She gave me some essential core exercises that will help my [cycling] in the saddle, over the handle bars, standing over them, running up hills and giving myself time to recover. She has me conscious of my abdominal area and it's relationship to my vertebrae when I work out to get the most out of it. She also leads a mean spin class. :-)
